Historic Homeownership Rehabilitation Credit Program: Learn how to get a 20% state income tax credit for qualified expenses on repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to historic homes. You can receive up to
$50,000 in annual credit to reduce your NYS tax liability.
State and National Registers Nomination Process: Find out how to help get Marcus Garvey Park listed on the State and National Registers. This nomination helps document and preserve the park’s historic significance.
